To provide additional peace of mind, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee (Excluding monthly plans). Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date and will be evaluated according to the guidelines below.

Eligible Refund Circumstances

We will approve refund requests under the following specific conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction(s).
  • Unresolved Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical defect that our support team is unable to resolve within 30 days of your initial report, a full refund will be granted.
  • Unintended Auto-Renewal: Charges for auto-renewals are eligible for a refund if the request is made within 7 days of the renewal date. Note: This does not apply to monthly subscription plans.

Ineligible Refund Circumstances

To maintain the integrity of our digital services, we do not accept refund requests for the following:

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

  • External Delays: Depending on your financial institution or specific payment method, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
